VLK is hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join the Practice Technology team. We are building a development-first technology function, and the Full-Stack Software Engineer is central to that effort. This individual designs, builds, and maintains internal applications, integrations, and automations that improve how the firm operates \u2014 taking broadly defined problems and delivering working software end to end, frequently as the sole developer on a given initiative. This is fundamentally a software engineering role, but one defined by versatility: the engineer is expected to pivot across the software delivery lifecycle \u2014 development, quality, automation, and deployment \u2014 as priorities shift. Equally important is a consultative mindset; the engineer works directly with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and translate business needs into technical requirements and working solutions.
